I opened 11x Crestfall Salvage without any luck and decided to spend my last 400x Seafarer's Dubloon to buy 3x Verdant Wilds Salvage and I got the Bloodgorged Hunter from the 2nd one. Other than doubloon ships pretty much everything else you can earn for free just by playing the game.
